Workshops to move you from intention to action

Two people with differing skin tones hold hands, one person with a leopard print long-sleeve shirt and a wooden bracelet on their wrist, the other with a lighter skin tone, in an indoor setting with wooden flooring.

Workshop design and facilitation

I design workshops that are active, fun and focussed on outcomes for your team. My facilitation style is relational, inclusive and strengths based.

“Sarah was a great facilitator, very warm and engaging. She created an open, supportive environment.”

What I offer

  • Custom workshops that move participants from good intentions to meaningful action

  • Expert facilitation, creating brave spaces for honest dialogue and growth

  • Follow up resources and accountability checks.

Perfect for organisations and groups ready to move from performative allyship to authentic systemic change.

A group of participants from The Intersection learning series are having fun completing a task while holding hands and smiling at each other, while others watch and smile in the background.

Examples of my work

The Intersection is a workshop series that improves social cohesion and reduces racism in our communities.

Workshops are designed for people who already have a working knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and want to turn that knowledge into everyday allyship actions.

“Great innovative idea and approach - taking us into new exciting spaces!”

The Intersection is a collaboration between Sarah Morris (Pākehā, Ngāpuhi), and Jewelz Petley (Te Rarawa, Ngati Kuri).
